Enterprise Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an API key, deploying an accelerated enclave sandbox, or integrating the Rankinog SDK, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of an enterprise or sovereign entity, you represent that you possess the requisite authority to bind that entity.
2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
For customers subscribed to the Orbit Production and Sovereign Enclave tiers, Rankinog warrants a 99.99% monthly API endpoint uptime and a P95 inference latency guarantee of under 20 milliseconds on accelerated GPU nodes. In the event of an SLA breach, service credits are automatically applied.
3. Customer Ownership of Vectors & Output
You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all customer-provided imagery, telemetry rasters, extracted vector classifications, GeoTIFF heatmaps, and downstream autonomous decision payloads generated by the platform.
4. Permitted Use & Regulatory Compliance
You agree not to utilize the API for unlawful orbital tracking or prohibited export activities violating international space agreements or applicable trade sanctions.
